What happens when a person begins to understand their unique Identity?
IDENTITY PROJECT is a documentary film centered on learning to live from a place of Identity and not for Identity.
There are currently over 2.3 billion people that claim Christianity as their faith, making it the largest religion by population. Within this group are over 44,000 individual denominations. How can this possibly be? The basic teachings of a man named Jesus who lived over 2000 years ago seems so simple. “Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind. Love your neighbor as yourself.” Yet, out of a vast array of biblical interpretations have come so many different ideas of what Christianity is and what it should be. We set out to talk to as many people as we could, exploring how their lives were radically changed not by studying biblical theology but by having real encounters with a Living God that could only be described as “miraculous.”
By the time we finished filming, we had driven over 17,000 miles, taken numerous flights traveling to 14 different cities, and filmed many people from all walks of life and backgrounds whose lives were completely transformed.
